Amanda and Michelai launched The Point of No Return in January 2022, bringing true crime storytelling to life through the lens of two Black Millennial women and freelance reporters with distinct life experiences.

A year later, the duo co-founded Mandy and Mich Media (M&MM), a multimedia production company and digital content house dedicated to exploring true crime and diverse narratives. Their partnership began in 2017 when they met in graduate school at American University, and they’ve been inseparable ever since.
